1. Cooperate with the customer service department in Greater China to deeply understand their requests for Digital Service

2. Implement customer service business processes and functions using SAP CRM (SPICE) based solutions

3. According to the needs of the customer service department in Greater China, design solutions, provide flowcharts and prototypes and confirm with the customer service department, and finally implement and support IT solutions and processes.

4. Drive product innovation, continuously enhance product competitiveness, and continuously expand new application scenarios and management models of home appliance CRM

job requirements:

1. University degree in MIS, informatics, industrial engineering or similar discipline; at least 3 years of experience in IT business or systems analysis

2. In-depth understanding of CRM (including SAP CRM and local Digital Service solutions)

3. Have excellent product planning, design ability, document writing and project approval ability

4. Have their own understanding of new technologies and industries such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, etc., and have strong learning ability

5. Proactive in work, strong execution, good communication and project management and coordination skills, teamwork awareness
